2010 NBA Forecast

With all the interest around LeBron and his taking his talents to South Beach, the best _TEAM_ in the NBA added the most valuable piece to their puzzle. Shaq signing with Boston was the most important off-season move. Believe it.

Granted he's not the 2002 Shaq but check his stats from the 09 CLE/BOS playoff series- he is still a solid contributor. You add Shaq to the Celtics in game 7 of last year's Finals and they would've carried home the hardware.

Miami will obviously be really solid -not 70 wins solid, let's be real- but they'll likely have the best record in the East but they lack the bigs and the depth the Celtics roster. In the West, I see the Thunder going to the Finals, surprising LA and then losing to Boston.

It should be an exciting season and the Heat will be a thrill to watch (if Wade stays healthy) but this shapes up to be Boston's last hurrah.

I see the Finals going to the C's over the Thunder, 4-1.
